Strategic Advisory & Technical Implementation Agreement
1. Engagement Scope
All services provided by BuruOps Intelligence Lab are governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW). Advisory provided during Fractional CTO retainers is based on principal-level professional judgment and technical forensics at the time of analysis.
2. Intellectual Property (IP)
Client IP: All code, data, and proprietary architecture shared by the client remain the exclusive property of the client. BuruOps IP: Our proprietary "Buru Methodology," defensive frameworks, and auditing scripts remain the property of BuruOps, with the client granted a perpetual license for internal use.
3. Liability & Security
While BuruOps utilizes adversarial red-teaming and forensic auditing to harden systems, the ever-evolving nature of cyber-threats means that no system is 100% immune. BuruOps is not liable for third-party breaches occurring outside the agreed scope of intervention.
4. Professional Conduct
As a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS), the Principal Consultant operates under a professional code of ethics, ensuring that integrity, technical competence, and client confidentiality are never compromised.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be settled within the UK legal system.
