BuruOps Operational Mandate // Bribery Act 2010 Compliance
1. Zero-Tolerance Statement
Mtengwa Strategic Advisory and BuruOps Intelligence Lab operate with absolute technical integrity. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, kickbacks, and corrupt practices. Our findings in forensic audits and M&A due diligence are strictly impartial and based on objective telemetry.
2. Technical Impartiality
The credibility of a Fractional CTO or Forensic Investigator relies on being unswayed by vendor commissions or third-party incentives. We do not accept referral fees from technology providers to influence our architectural recommendations.
3. Gifts and Hospitality
In accordance with UK Law, we prohibit the giving or receiving of gifts or hospitality that could be perceived as an inducement for a strategic advantage or to influence the outcome of a technical audit.
4. Reporting Protocols
Any attempts to compromise the integrity of a BuruOps investigation via financial inducement must be reported immediately to the Principal Consultant. We maintain an immutable record of all engagement terms to ensure transparent governance.
